- Strategic Involvement: Collaborate with the directors to develop innovative marketing strategies and execute impactful campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing creative campaigns across multiple channels for a variety of clients.
- Client Relations: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and insights to create innovative solutions that drive business growth.
HR Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in identifying and onboarding top talent to strengthen our dynamic team.
- HR Operations: Help with maintaining employee records, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with HR protocols.
General Responsibilities:
- Work closely with directors on day-to-day agency operations, gaining exposure to various facets of management.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance client and agency success.
- Continuously seek learning opportunities and demonstrate a proactive attitude in taking on challenges.
